Thanksgiving is a time when we’re supposed to feel grateful and give thanks. But what if you’re not really feeling it? After all, the holidays can be stressful. Still, practicing gratitude comes with lots of benefits. It improves our health and overall well-being and builds strong relationships. It’s also strongly associated with greater happiness. So, here are three ways to cultivate an attitude of gratitude.

Do you go through life saying I’ll be happy when…? If so, that’s placing conditions on your happiness and your life. There’s nothing wrong with having desires. But, the problem with placing conditions on our happiness is that we keep putting off being happy. So, here are three ways to be happy now.
