Individual Sessions

In private, one-on-one sessions, I guide you through Mindfulness Meditation. I create a tailored program to suit your needs and schedule, and teach you a practice you can do your own. We discuss how to incorporate Mindfulness into your daily life, and the benefits of developing a regular practice. Research shows Mindfulness meditation can lead to improved mental, physical and emotional health, and better relationships.

Group Sessions

I lead small groups through guided Mindfulness Meditation in both a private or community setting. We talk about the experience, and I address questions or challenges that may come up. Meditating as a group can be a start to a daily, personal practice.

Mindfulness Training for Organizations

As a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, I provide on-site training to staff over a series of sessions. Mindfulness training in organizations has been shown to increase performance, productivity, and lower employee stress, among many other benefits. It can also be added to existing wellness programs. Workshops and Public Speaking

As an experienced public speaker, I create tailored workshops for organizations and private groups. I conduct guided meditations, Mindfulness based activities for adults and children, and relaxation exercises. I also share the latest research and benefits of practicing Mindfulness, and provide resources to support a regular, personal practice.
